What happens after I submit my order?
Once we receive your order and photo, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a digital proof. You will have 24 hours to review and approve your proof.
If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will proceed with printing to ensure on-time delivery.
-
Can I make changes?
Yes! You may request up to two (2) edits within the 24-hour proof approval window at no additional charge.
Additional edits beyond two may be requested for $5 per edit.
-
Where do I receive my FanBoard?
Your FanBoard will be delivered directly to the competition venue and will be ready for your athlete there.
Display and distribution may vary depending on the meet, competition, or league director - but don’t worry, they’re designed to stand out and be easy to find!
-
How many FanBoards can I order?
You may order as many FanBoards as you’d like!
Even better — every order gives back to the sport and supports the event you’re participating in.
-
Can I cancel or return my order?

-
Can I put more than one athlete on a board?
Yes, you can include more than one athlete on a FanBoard. We recommend no more than two (2) athletes per board to ensure the design remains clean, balanced, and visually impactful.
